What we Do?

Our core business is the assessment of land conditions and the management of contaminated soil and waters. We also provide services in industrial pollution control and environmental assessments including ecology surveys and flood risk and drainage reports.

Ecology Surveys
and Reports

Habitat surveys are undertaken to map the habitats present in an area under consideration, such as a development site. This provides a record of the baseline state of the area

Flood Risk
Assessment

EMBM undertakes all aspects of flood risk assessment, drainage design and SuDs assessment in line with the requirements of the national Planning Policy Framework

Soil Sampling
and Testing

We can attend your location and provide a sample retrieval service, or samples can be packaged and sent to us for testing in an accredited laboratory

Contaminated Land
Risk Assessment

We work with all of our clients to develop a targeted risk assessment approach based on a realistic conceptual site model, in line with government statutory guidance
